Okay here’s the dealio: During the summer, I played baseball everyday and could touch the roof of my house which is the equilvalent to a basketball hoop rim. I started working out once a week on my legs, trying to maintain that ability and even increase it by jumping every kind of workout I thought was helpful. I continually touched the roof of my house until a month ago, and now I’m 2-4 inches short of the roof, even when I’m "warm". Is it possible to lose height on your jump on a colder day like 49 degrees or from working out your legs? During the summer when I first started working out, the temp was about 70-80 degrees. So, do you jump higher on hotter days?

So..i started this new program, i call it, "The Air Up There", basicly, it’s my motivation to increase my vertical. so, i started 2 days ago and today while at work i asked my friend a question, and it was…Can i work out on my calfs everyday…currently i am doing 600 calf raises, everyday…and by the 15 of the month, i was thinking of increasing it to 1,000. I been doing a lot of exercises to increase my vertical, but i asked him if i can work out on my calf everyday, and he said NO. Is it true?? I been jumping on the boxes, doing hip exercises, thigh exersices…but i need to know if i can do this everyday. Sundays are OFF…but what about monday through saturday???

He also says that i could tear a muscle…any muscle.

back in 1999…this was my regular workout, i cannot dunk then, and today i can touch the rim…i been working hard to archive a high vertical, so if you have, or are working out…Please help me out with a few tips! thanks!

Im going into high school and i want to improve in basketball for high school and for my AAU team, I workout 2-3 a week with a trainer but haven’t been going lately due to injuries. I also play football

Just like the days i need to workout

Could you provide me with any type of workouts or routines that could help me jump higher?
I’d also appreciate it if you could show me a video or something of that kind that could show me how to perform said workout.
