Hey you,
I bought me some Jumpsoles to increase my vertical. A friend told me, plyometrics and strength training would be the better. Is that true?
I already have a good vertical. I’m 6’1” ft and I can do easy windmill or 360 jams… i need 20cm to touch the rim with my head…
can u help me to reach my goal?!

Hello im a new senior in high school and my height is currently 6’8′ and I play basketball for my school. Im already dunking but I want to be able to get my whole entire arm over the rim. I just want to know if there are any different exorcises I could do to acheive that goal?

Okay here’s the dealio: During the summer, I played baseball everyday and could touch the roof of my house which is the equilvalent to a basketball hoop rim. I started working out once a week on my legs, trying to maintain that ability and even increase it by jumping every kind of workout I thought was helpful. I continually touched the roof of my house until a month ago, and now I’m 2-4 inches short of the roof, even when I’m "warm". Is it possible to lose height on your jump on a colder day like 49 degrees or from working out your legs? During the summer when I first started working out, the temp was about 70-80 degrees. So, do you jump higher on hotter days?

i need 3 inches to touch rim
