I just finished jumpsoles and was wondering if I should spend my money on the upgrade proprioceptor plugs system. I heard It gives you and extra 3 inches gain on your vertical and im also thinking about buying the springbak insoles that give you an extra 2-3 inches on your vertical so this could really boost my vertical, Thanks for your help

I am going to be a freshman and tryouts are starting in about a month. I can touch a 10 foot rim 99% of the time and im 6’1. i want to be able to dunk by try-outs because it could be the deciding factor on wether or not i make the team. i have no money and i just need a 4-5 in gain.Can anyone help?

I am 6′ 5" i can vertically leap and touch rim but i cannot dunk. I am going to be a junior in HS and I would like to two hand slam by the end of school. I ALSO DONT WANT TO SPEND ANY MONEY!!!

my basketball coach is making me be in track.i want to do the long jump and/or high jump, but i dont want to spend a lot of money on shoes and im not really very serious about it, im just doing it to help for basketball. can i just wear running shoes, or do i have to buy track shoes, i mean does is really matter?

im a 12 year old kid and im 5 ft 9 or 10 inch and i would like to increase my vertical and how can i do that and no weights or money also stick with indoor because winter is coming so please tell me
