I’m trying to increase my vertical jump for Ultimate Frisbee. I know that there are some places on the internet that have good tips, but there are just as many scams as anything else. I know about jumping rope and plyometrics, but what are some other things I could do? Thanks in advance!
I should probably have been a little more detailed… Are there any specific weight drills that would benefit the most?

I am 16, a sophomore in high school and I am 6′ 3”.
And yet I cannot dunk?
I need about two inches to really be able to throw it down, but I don’t have a lot of extra time.
Will jumping rope increase my ability to jump?
If so, are there any techniques or special ways to jump rope to achieve my goal? Or do I just jump rope?

Please help!

Thanks!!!
I don’t have much extra time to work out, with basketball practice 5 days a week.

I need some simple soccer drills or warm-ups/exercises to do that can be done indoors with only one person? EG – jumping rope to practice speed and being light on your toes.

i want to lose 20 pounds by summer. :) HELP?

I have thick calves and thighs, and I know doing certain exercises like running, jumping rope, swimming etc will add muscle to them and make them bulkier than before, and i don’t want that. what are some exercises i can do that’ll slim them down instead?
