Hi, i am like almost 6 foot and i can get my fingers about half an inch over the ring.
i am thinking of doing daily exercises to help improve my jump. i plan on doing jump rope, that thing when you lie on your side and lift your leg up, maybe calf raises and just various situps and stufff like that to increase core strength. Does anyone know how much of those things i should do & what more or less i should do
also, does this air alert thing really work and would it help me dunk by 09?

I go to Columbus in June to play AYBT.. I really want to suprise my friends… I have being doing Calf Raises almost every day and.. I practice Jumping.. I do some jump rope but not enough.. Just tell me what to do and i’ll do it.. Thanks and by the way I am 5’10

Does jump rope increases vertical jump?
if it does then please give some exersizes for me to do!

1.) Calf Raises: 3 sets of 50 reps

2.) Line Jumps: Quick line jumps staying on your toes – 5 sets of 1 minute each

3.) Jump Rope – 15 minutes of jumping rope.

4.) Box Jumps – Grab a large enough box that will stay in place and keep you safe. Do 1 foot and 2 foot jumps (3 sets of 20 each)
If i do this daily, will this help my first step in basketball? on the calf raises i am not using any weights. Any other things i should add and i wont use any weights and i plan to double it every 2 weeks. How will i get results? When should i see results? 2 weeks? also if i start running a mile will this help if i go full speed all the way through?
