Ive been doing them for about a week now and i dont really see any results.when i usually do them i make my calves hard and then go up and down slowly. So i was wondering when do i actually see results in doing them? And also will they help me get faster and jump higher?
Im also doing it for basketball, and are there any other workouts you know that will help me get faster and jump higher?

Black people can (generally) run faster and jump higher than most white people. Someone told me it is because their calves are structurally different. Is there any truth to this?

does higher calves make you faster and jump higher? would the two different type of calves affect athleticism?

I’m 15, I have a completely natural jump, never trained it, just naturally can get and grab the top of the rim. (i really don’t understand how people can’t jump). But anyways, I am just like 2 inches away from being able to get the ball over the rim and dunking it. I can really do good with the layups and what not, but I just wanna be able to dunk. Any workouts how?
