Hi, i am like almost 6 foot and i can get my fingers about half an inch over the ring.
i am thinking of doing daily exercises to help improve my jump. i plan on doing jump rope, that thing when you lie on your side and lift your leg up, maybe calf raises and just various situps and stufff like that to increase core strength. Does anyone know how much of those things i should do & what more or less i should do
also, does this air alert thing really work and would it help me dunk by 09?

In school, we had this jump test where there was a velcro strip with measured out inches on it, and 2 velcro balls. We first had to place one ball up as high as we can with out jumping. Next we had to jump and high as we could with jumping. My PE coach said that the difference between my jumping and standing measurements was 20 inches. Is that alot? Is that how high I jump? & how can I increase my vertical jump?

i do 1000 jump ropes a day & psox90 plyometrix. I want to gain 15 inches on my vertical leap by the end of august. Anything else ( I’m 13 & 5’4).
