I currently have about a 32" Vertical Jump, but I want to get it up to probably a 40". I have AIR Alert, which I am going to start in a couple of months, but I was just wondering what are some other ways to increase vert? And do you HAVE to have strong legs, cause I got a good vert. And I can only squat 225 once? Thanks, any advice would be well appreciated.
