		<description>jump roping is great for calves and jumping. You&#039;d be surprised. Also, you want to work out the glutes muscles which plays an important role. You can do that by doing lunges and squats (no weights are required for these) So the important muscles are from your calves, butt, and quads. Actually it&#039;s your whole body but working those muscles will help. When you throw your arms up while in the air it also helps. I hope i helped. =)
