I am about 6’0 and weigh around 140 lbs. I really want to increase my vertical, but my knee joints don’t respond very well to heavy lifting (squats) or repeated strain (plyos). Are there any exercise routines that can help me increase leg strength without putting too much stress on my knees?

So far I have been swimming laps and doing calf raisers, which has helped a little, but that’s about it.

Any help would be much appreciated!
