Hey you,
I bought me some Jumpsoles to increase my vertical. A friend told me, plyometrics and strength training would be the better. Is that true?
I already have a good vertical. I’m 6’1” ft and I can do easy windmill or 360 jams… i need 20cm to touch the rim with my head…
can u help me to reach my goal?!
