I simply need to learn how to jump higher and quicker.
are there any exercises that i can do at home to increase my ability to jump ?

I’m 13 1/2 and I’m 5’9. I can touch a 10ft hoop with my finger tips. What is my vertical approximately?

And also, what is the minimum vertical required to actually dunk at 5’9?

what are your legs feeling after using it? is it sore? do your legs feel light or heavy?

I wanna be the point guard for my highschool. Im short, so I need exercises to increse my vertical so I can have an edge.

I know the basics of plyometrics, squats, and powercleans. If you can give me a routine, or other exercises. I already do Barbell squat jumps, High knees, and sprints. My diet is good. Are there any other exercises?.

Im 16, 5’9, and Indian…..I know. Im on varsity football ( FS ) but its not nelping my vertical that much.

I’m 6’2 170 pounds I’m coming into my senior year, I average 23.3 points a game last season. This season I want to add the high flying smashing boards to my game. I know its sad I’m 6’2 and I can’t dunk I can grab the rim but barely. I want to make if official every time, so what are some great works to do, to add explosiveness to jumping higher like body weight workouts and other work outs?
