6 inches away from touching the net

hey just i’m looking to get some new basketball shoes and i was looking at the apl jump shoes, maybe give me a few inches on my vertical. i’ve been doing some research and i haven’t found the answer to my question, do they really work. If anyone has them or knows a lot about that could you give me some feedback?

I am a freshman and will be a sophmore next year playing football for J.V. I have hurt both my hamstrings and trying to get them better also i am trying to become a better athlete. I’ve heard plyometrics help you run faster, jump higher, and hit harder, and also strengthen ur muscles and stretch them out. I plan on doing Plyometrics over the summer but was hoping to know how well it works or if it helps at all…..also im going to try to do it for 2 months.
