I’m 12 years old and I want to know how I can improve my vertical jump. Right now, I can touch a 8.5 foot rim and I’m headed for 9 foot. If anyone has some information about how to improve my vertical and make it higher, please tell. (Please don’t comment about how a 12 year old shouldn’t be worrying about this.) Thanks

I need something (or a few things) that are REALLY effective.

I am 5 11 with a standing reach of 7 8 and I wanted to dunk a basketball. That is like my new year’s resolution now. I can jump a little more than 20 inches. How can I increase it to 36 inches. I wanted to know if there was a program where you could talk to a real-life breathing coach. And also how long with that take.

Should I run with ankle weights, a weight vest, do lunges, squats, other exercises, just run/jog, jump rope, wall jumps, or anything else that will improve my jumping that has helped you or that you know works? Or should I do a combination of some of these exercises. If you could tell me how many sets and reps I should do each day I’d really appreciate it. Please…no stupid answers.
Also, I’m 15, 5’10", 120 pounds.
