okay…i am a 15 year old boy…sophomore in high school…i am 189 pounds…6-4…size 18 feet…i wanna make JV basketball

First, is it possible to become athletic if you weren’t naturally born that way? I mean I guess it is, through practice, practice, practice. But what are some ways to practice? I’m not looking to become some star, but to be respectable in the sports I play (basketball, baseball, soccer, etc). How can I get faster, jump higher, etc.?
Handeye coordination also, how can I improve that?

My vertical realy isnt that great, but i would like to find out what it is. How do you find out what your vertical is?
Also does anybody know if air alert works well?
Also would it be smart to do extra lower body workouts with air alert.

Everything but i just cant seem to have improvement. Im six-foot two and one hundred nintey pounds so i know i have the potential to dunk and jump higher so i just really need some effective workouts and nutrition diets so i have a good chance of making my varsity basketball team. If anyone could help i would really appriciate it. Thanks :)

PS. Im also half black just saying lol

what is the average vertical jump for a 13 year old
any help to get higher
