I am 18, I play volleyball, swim, and run. I am pretty athletics. My vertical is currently 24" I am 5"9. My standing reach is 7’4" and my jump touch is 9’4", that leaves me at 24", now my standing jump touch is only 22 ". I was wondering if that is fairly good. I play competitive volleyball, and I can hit pretty good on a men’s net, but I was told by a friend that this is not very good for someone my height and my athletic ability, but I think that I can pretty high! What are your opinion?
I am a female as well so just to let you know. I thought 24" was pretty good, but obviously not lol.

Does anyone no any drills that worked for them or anything please help ?

I go to Columbus in June to play AYBT.. I really want to suprise my friends… I have being doing Calf Raises almost every day and.. I practice Jumping.. I do some jump rope but not enough.. Just tell me what to do and i’ll do it.. Thanks and by the way I am 5’10

I am a High and Long Jumper for winter and spring track and i want to kno what would be some exercises to jump higher and farther. And maybe a good routine to use to get ready for it.

I’m 5’10" I’m 15 my jump is not that high. Not like the insanely high jumpers. I can palm the ball and can barely get the rim. How much higher do I need to jump? Around a 7’9" vertical touch.
