I know I need core work and squats are NOT an option (creaky knees hate squats)

and what is it… I know shannon brown of the lakers has some hops. Jordan farmar has a 43 inch and they interviewed shannon brown about it and asked if he thought his was higher, but he didnt know his vertical, but a couple nights later had that ridiculous block where he was WAY up ther. but im sure theres some higher ones out there, and also shannon brown said he had his done his rookie year but couldnt remember, so does anyone know what it was??
sorry let me rephrase this… I want to know the inches of the jump please.

I heard if you have strong abs you’ll run faster and jump higher. will doing sit up everyday make me faster and jump higher? cuz I already do leg work outs already
