I ride english and every time I jump i feel like my back is going to kill me…so i want to see if there are any good exercises that I can try to keep my back strong. I know Super-mans are okay but they don’t help me that much.
Thanks for helping!

is it better to do high weight low reps or low weight high reps for increasing my vertical jump?

how high are usual highschool basketball hoops? also if im 5’8 how much vertical would i need to dunk on a 10ft rim.
i have like a 14 inch vertical right now stand still.

Hi,
I’ve been doing taekwondo for more than four years now but still have some problems when doing a flying/jumping side-kick? I run. I jump. Then I kick. However, when I jump, my foot which does not kick is meant to retract into the ‘chamber’ and to stay parallel to the leg I am about to kick so that I look like a ball in mid air. However, I have problem tucking that leg in time. Many times I have tried and I can either fully tuck it in and land on the ground before kicking or tucking half of it in, managed to kick but it isn’t as strong. Are there any good excersises besides repeating the action over and over again until I master it that would be of any help? What would be the best thing to do in such a situation? To be able to retract faster, jump higher or what?

Please help! (I have already been stuck on it for more than a month!)

Thanks
this is about taekwondo by the way. sorry I didn’t tell you guys/gals earlier
