I have a 29 inch vertical and have only lifted weights for a year. i heard this can help with explosivness and add at least a few inches.

I’m 5’10-5’11 and I’m about to turn 14.
I am mexican and my dad in his prime easily jumped over three feet standing running i dont know

im about 5’5 im turnin 14 in 2 months n i can dunk on any rim up to 8’10 ft n i can easily touch rim on 9 ft but i cant dunk 9 ft so i need to get more hops so i can dunk 9 ft n eventually 10 ft
n so i can do better dunks on lower rims

i am about 6 ft but cant manage to slam dunk. i play Aussie rules as well and would also like to jump higher for that. write now i can jump about 2-3 feet..

I noticed it says builds calf muscles for vertical and decreases time for the 40yd dash by 2/10 of a second. thats not really drastic though. should I get these strength training shoes or a 40lb weight vest?
