I’m 5’11" and only weigh about 135. I would really like to be able to dunk a basketball, but don’t know exactly how to increase my vertical jump. I’ve searched for some ways to do so, however, i didn’t find anything that looked beneficial. I’ve heard that you need to be able to squat 1.5 times your weight in order to be able to increase your vertical…however i can only squat maybe 100 and that’s only half of the 200 i would need. is there any hope?
