im 5′ 6" or 5′ 7" and i have a weak vertical. I can’t jump high at all. how can i jump higher?? im actually pretty fit, and i heard that ankle weights are good, what exactly is that?? do i just attach weights to my ankle and jump?

I’m seriosly wondering why people say black people in basketball can jump higher, run faster, and shoot better?

Im white so is this a disadvantage?

Well I am 13 and in 7th grade. I can jump over half way up the net on a standard nba hoop. I want to increase my jump so I can start dunking by august of 2012. If I can dunk before freshman year I can be on the varsity team. So I need excersises to increase my vertical jump I want to touch rim in 3 months I am 5 10 or arnoud that area

My vertical leap is 42inches, and on the 40 yard dash the one I did earlier today at mini-camp was 4:50 seconds. This means I’m ultra fast and can jump almost as high as Michael Jordan.
