Recently I put my basketball hoop up to 10 foot 3 and I can dunk on that 2 handed and 1 handed off of 2 feet, but Im having trouble dunking while running, should I keep trying to dunk 10’3 while running or just keep practicing my dunks on 10 foot rim? I can dunk while running on a 10 ft pretty easy…. I feel that it will help my vertical because its making me jump higher and working my muscles more…but idk maybe it would just be better to dunk on 10ft….Thanks.

Me and my friend are both 6 3 and about the same weight around 140. We can both touch regulation rim when we are having a good day, but cant grab yet, just touch. I would really appriciate some goid tips from dunkers out there that will have me and my buddy dunking by the next high school basketball season.
