What is the best exercise mat for jumping jacks or jump rope?

I would like to do jumping jacks or jump rope in my apartment. What type of exercise mat will muffle the sound best?

I’m 15 and almost 5"9 and i play club volleyball. Since i play in u 15 and the net is pretty low I’m a good blocker but im afraid that next year when the net heights go up i wont be as good a blocker because my vertical is pretty low. currently it stands at 17 inches (standing vertical jump). I want to try to get it to at least twenty because my height does not compete with some of the other girls in club now..(5"11-6 feet). I’ve tried looking at the Vertical Jump Bible but its for tank guys who have to get all muscly and stuff. Can anyone suggest to me a vertical program for beginners/young people? Even one that’s made up but that shows results because right now i only do calf raises, box jumps, skipping, and high knees. Please help and thanks for any answers!!!

as in for sports like for basketball or running the bases and stuff.
im like 115 (around there) and about 5’2" 5’3"
i used to be fast but ive gotten slower…anyone want to give me some ideas/workouts to do to get faster AND to jump higher?
