I have 30′ vertical and I want to improve it with my fast twitch muscle. How can I do that? If you write about plyometrics then please give me a workout.

I run in Vibram Five Fingers, and I run fore footed. Since on most of the jumps you often have to plant down on your heel, do you think Free’s would be good?

what can i do to dunk i cant dunk yet and im a senior in high school???
and i want to get bigger i eat so much and workout but dont see results im thinking about taking creatine but i dont want to go that way what should i do????

I used to practice my vertical all the time and I could jump as high as 34 inches but usually 31 or 32. Now I can barely grab the rim. Any tips how to be consistent with your jumping technique?
Jumping J- yea, I did stop working at it but I think technique consistency was the biggest problem. Sometimes i didn’t really gain any strength or anything but suddenly figured out how to jump higher. I had a 30" standing vertical with crapply plyometric ability and 1.75x full squat strength. Also I was out of shape other than weight lifting and practicing jumping or playing some b-ball.

I’m 5’5" and 195 pounds but I wanna be able to gain 5 to 6 inches on my vertical jump. well as much inches as i can
