I workout for just 30 minutes everyday because of too many school work and I lift weights, do calf raises, do squats and other else for 3 months and then now I just do it every other day because of more school work in our resume of classes but I just can’t see and feel the improvements, well maybe I felt 3 inches that improved but I mean it has been almost 4 months and just 3 inches, so guys tell me why can’t I jump higher and pls give me some advice and maybe a workout program that will fit my schedule and give me some other workouts to jump higher without weights or with just lite weights.

Thanks for the future answers!

P.S. In case it counts i’m 13 years old and turning 14 this July 26 and my height is 5"7.

Wile I get to know her what are some exercises i can do to help her get ready to start jumping again? And when i do start jumping her what are some good exercises? I have some plans of my own and i will be working with a trainer but im looking for some suggestions. thanks!
