Im 5’10 16 years old and weigh 140 pounds and can barely grab rim. I am proud that i can do that but i would like to take it to the next level and dunk it. What sort of exercises should i do and which of those would get me the best results. I have access to a gym so I can do strength training workouts. Thanks.

Who has the best dunk in the NBA?
Fastest player?
Highest vertical jump you have ever seen?
and Best ball handler?

I am 14 years old and i play basketball….and i can barely touch the net on the hoops…..i need help…despritly

Ok so I’m 14 years old, 5"8 1/2′ (with shoes) and weigh around 147-148 lbs, and right now I can touch rim, and sometimes on good jumps I’m close to my second knuckle down. I guess this is pretty good as it is, but I want to be able to get to my last knuckle down, or right above my palm, which will be a good 2 to 3 inches most of the time. What could I do to get those extra inches?
