Hello. I am female, sixteen years old, and have a vertical jump of a little more than 18 inches. I’m 5′5 and weigh 125 lbs. My coach gave my team a program designed to increase our vertical jumps, and he wants us to set goals for our progress. Problem is, I don’t know what a reasonable gain is: 2, 5 10 inches? The program is heavy on explosive jumps and heavy weights, two times a week. Any reasonable guess would be helpful.

Thanks,
-Ashton
