I am starting track and I need some good shoes. My main things are pole vault and long jump. I have done long long jump in summer track, but never pole vault. The thing is that im 13 and I am only 4" 11′. I wear a size (shoe size) 2-4. A good website would be good. And I would also appreciate tips. Thanks!
I live in the U.S. if that matters.

Okay, I’m a freshman in high school and i’d like to dunk by next year. my vertical now is a pretty wimpy 17 or 18 inches and it needs to be 20 inches higher if I want to dunk easily. It sounds pretty impossible but i’m dedicated so any workout or things you might know will help. thanks

How can i achieve these two things?

Ok, so I’m on my high school volleyball team(Men’s Volleyball). This year, I’m on JV(Junior Varsity). I’m not really concerned about my vertical jump right now. Because, next year, I’m gonna have to be on varsity next year. And I really need to be able to jump higher. As of right now, i can barely get my wrist over the net. And my coach says that I really need to be able to jump higher. So, my question is, what are some exercises that I can do everyday that will help me raise my vertical jump?
