I squat about 2 sets of 15 reps (45lbs) every other day and
I do weighted calf raises (45lbs) with 3 sets of 30 reps and
I do 20 squat jumps. I do all of these every other day.
Is there anything I should change? And how long will it take to increase my vertical jump? My goal is to increase it 8 inches minimum, and 14 inches maximum. My current vertical is 24 inches

I’m playing basketball and i’m asking for any exercises that can help me jump higher. I’m 5’7". (I can almost touch the rim and i have some big calves.)

I thought they were supposed to take a bullet for him? Why not a shoe?

I really want to dunk in my first year of high school so any ideas of the fastest way to increase my vertical jump? (Oh and if you know this, how many inches do u have to be above the rim to dunk?)
