I’m short and I don’t really jump that high.How can I improve my jumping?????

I’m just wondering if it does, I mean it would make sense wouldn’t it?

When trying to find my vertical jump do i have to jump off both feet when jumping or can i just jump off however i feel comfortable?

I am going to be playing volleyball and I need to be better at spiking. Which muscles are the ones that make us jump and increase how high we jump? Some good exercises for them? And could you describe them instead of giving me a simple name? Please and thank you.
