i cant get any excercise equipment. i also cant spend money on a program like airalert. what are the best ways besides these other methods?

I started using a pair of wrestling shoes. However, they give me really bad shin splints, and i jump on tiles… i know, its bad. So now im thinking of getting a pair of cross trainers are some good shoes for jump roping. Any suggestions guys?
