im 5 ’2 and need to jump higher im a good dribbler but need to improve that to to cross over people for my jump i use this http://youtube.com/watch?v=kZn5FW3lHps and jump rope nad calf raises is that good i do 4 times week and what drills can i do for drbbling

I’m not doin it this year i’m goin to next year. I’m a freshman girl this year and i play basketball. I havent done it since 7th grade either. what are some workouts and exercises i can do so i do well in it next year?

I was wondering if there is any way I can jump higher in basketball because I think I can be very good if I had a few more inches on my jump. I was wondering if there is a possible method to jump higher in basketball; if there is, how?

Which vertical program will ensure the fastest results in my price range? lI’m currently 15 and I want to be the first person on my b-ball team to be able to dunk. I’m 6’1 and play the power forward position and I’m wondering if I will be able to dunk on a fast break, and out of post position by a valid vertical jump program. My Vertical jump is 16 inches, yeah I know I don’t jump high, mainly because playing high-school football has worn down my legs. I heard that squats contribute to your vertical jump, and I weigh 210 pounds, and squat 250 max, but this number is changing about every week. Which vertical program will ensure the fastest results in my price range? My goal is around 33 to 34 inches. How much does dead lift, leg curls, and leg extensions, and leg press effect vertical leap. My max for dead lift is 385, my leg press max is 845.
