I want to do my step aerobics class but there is quite a bit of jumping & bouncing around in it, Is this o.k.? I would guess yes, since at one point one of the instructors was full blown pregnant and still continued teaching. Just wanted to see if anyone else continued on with Exercises involving Jumping while pregnant. (btw I’m 16 weeks if that matters) Thanks so much

Or enable those able to jump like mike to fly through the skies? What would basketball become then?

I’m 13 years old, 6′1, 150 lbs. I’m not fat or anything, but I don’t have a good vertical jump. It’s only 22 inches and I can barely get the rim. What should I do? I’ve tried a lot of training stuff but I quit after a while because my knees hurt. Any help? What should I do and how long will it take? And I’m mostly a two-foot jumper, but I’d like to become more comfortable with a one-foot fast break jump, too.
