i am 14 and i am about 6" maybe 6"1 and i play basketball almost everyday but i feel like my jumps should be higher is there any way i could jump higher.

P.S i can use weights but i would prefer exercises and tips that dont require then because i dont go to the gym that much

This summer i want to really work hard on my game of basketball, i wanna get faster, stronger, quicker, jump higher…because ive been motivated to do so. So my question is how do i do so…has anyone ever done something like this in a 5 month time frame? So please tell me how i could do this…

This is how i am:

15 Years old
6′1
145(kindy skinny, but slinky and long arms and legs, good for basketball)
Not muscular..want to sorta achieve that
Close to dunking..but i wanna jump higher to dunk
Not too fast or quick, i wanna get faster and quicker, for my first step offense, and which would be good for defense.

So if u could please tell me how to do so…it would help

I need to increase my vertical jump like crazy. Recently I have gotten into gymnastics and acrobatics, so I really need the results to be fast and permanent. What is the best way to do this safely and quickly? Keep in mind that I don’t have access to any special equipment or tools other than those found at a gym.

I am a basketball player and drastically need to improve my speed and agility, as well as my vertical jump. I wondering if anyone knew of any summer camps or programs that are available for college athletes, to help me do so. thank you!
