I am an experienced rider so i dont want something easy but i just want suggestions for good jumping exercises lots of twists and turns. THANKS!!

I live in an apartment complex and use its gym, which only consists of a few treadmills and weight machines. I jog 4 miles everyday, and do calf raises everyday (3 sets of 50 for each leg). Can I expect to see any significant gains in my vertical just doing this, and if not, are there any more exercises I can do at home to help increase?
