While no 115 lb man would do the same?

I am 5’11 and I can do about everything in basketball but dunk. When I go to the gym I use a very decent amount of weight when doing leg work-outs (squats, leg press, quad curls, hamstring curls)

Is there anything else or better I could be doing to increase my vertical?

if i do exercises that help me jump will it make my ollies higher in skateboarding?

I rarely have the chance to be in a gym or basketball court. I know however that the increase in vertical leap comes with the rest period. What I don’t know is what workout can I do at home to dramatically increase my vertical leap after I have rested from the workout.

It would be nice not to give me any programs I have to buy because I don’t have money.
