Need exercises for my hamstrings to increase my vertical, i have no access to any weights or machines. What other exercies can I do without weights to increase my vertical?

I’ve been working out with weights for about 2 years, been doing jumpsoles for one, play basketball and run on a regular basis.

In the last few years I’ve gained about 7 inches however I’m only 5’7 and still need 4-6 inches to dunk.

I haven’t really improved much in the last 2 months and I wanted to know how can I continue to increase my vert.

I am 16 years old and around 5’10. I play a lot of basketball on daily basis and I can almost slam the ball in. I was wondering if I could increase my vertical without having to buy expensive equipment and costly jumping programs?

Do you know of any jumping exercises to keep the work more interesting as i would like to have a variety of things to do but dont know of many exercises.

I’m trying to increase my basketball vertical and I’m not sure how to do it. Can anyone give me any pointers like what leg exercises to do or proper technique. I know they have jumping videos out there …but there 100$ and I dont want to pay that much. So any pointers or tips would be great.
